Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal IT qualification (degree/diploma or apprenticeship) required.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve IT issues during on-site visits.
• Ensure devices are delivered fully configured and ready for use.
• Maintain CMDB records and hardware inventory; coordinate logistics and warranty repairs.
