October Health Limited. in Johannesburg is seeking an Implementation Specialist for October People to guide mid-market and enterprise customers through onboarding, data migration, platform configuration, and launch—making sure workflows are set up correctly and teams are ready to use them.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who enjoys combining practical problem-solving with thoughtful customer partnership.

Qualifications

Experience in customer onboarding or implementation projects.
Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to workflows.
Exposure to HRIS or HCM platforms and HR data management.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Clear, empathetic communication with client stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple milestones and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from setup to launch.
Meet with customer HR teams to translate needs into platform configurations.
Set up and validate workflows, settings, and data for ready environments.
Coordinate data migration activities and resolve issues with customers and partners.
Guide staff onboarding and help customer teams use October People in daily work.
Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to share needs and track questions.
Provide tailored guidance and ongoing support to drive adoption and progress.
Track progress and clearly communicate risks, decisions, and next steps.
