Job summary

CodeConnect Staffing seeks an experienced Implementation Specialist in Sandton, South Africa. You will lead software implementations, tailor configurations to client needs, and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in software implementation, client onboarding or business analysis, strong communication skills and willingness to travel to client sites. On-site and remote training will be conducted as part of client success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, customer success or business analysis.
• Experience translating business requirements into system functionality.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage software implementation projects within timelines and budgets.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, map processes and conduct gap analyses.
• Configure software applications per client requirements.
• Perform database setup and configuration, including SQL databases.
• Translate processes into functional system requirements and identify solutions.
• Conduct system testing to ensure alignment with project scope.
• Provide on-site and remote training for clients and end-users.
