Xrecruiter in Johannesburg is seeking an on-site operations coordinator to manage service delivery across the SBSA account. You will coordinate on-site providers, attend OPS and Matrix meetings, and ensure clear communication between the company and client.

Responsibilities include stock control, consumable orders, equipment projects, CHI reporting, and coordinating access and logistics with the Service Manager. Matric or equivalent qualification and prior similar-role experience are required.

Responsabilidades

• On-site coordination: coordinate service providers and liaise with 7 staff and SBSA.
• Attend OPS meetings and Matrix meetings to review service performance.
• Record stock issued and received; reconcile with invoices and PODs.
• Place monthly consumable orders; oversee deliveries and stock counts.
• Coordinate delivery logistics for consumables with internal SBSA staff.
• Liaise with sister company on operational matters and ensure SLA 4-hour turnaround.
• Prepare monthly service schedules including Autosanitiser, Oxy, deep cleaning and She Services.
• Attend CHI meetings biweekly; report CHI stock on hand, orders and returns.
• Arrange access and parking for maintenance items; work with Service Manager on logistics.
