PartServe Channel Support (Pty) Ltd is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative based in the City of Cape Town. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and in person, providing accurate information on warranty services, repairs, spare parts, and product support.

You will log and track service requests, coordinate with technical and logistics teams, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills with focus on Customer Service and support.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
