Core Group is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to join our Service Centre team in South Africa. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries about repairs, quotes, parts availability and service updates, while maintaining professional communication and service levels.

Key responsibilities include timely responses in Zendesk, tracking quotations, and preventing issues from escalating by proactive engagement with customers and technicians.

Qualificações

• Matric is essential.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar customer service role.
• Experience using Zendesk and FileMaker or similar CRM/ticketing systems would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound customer calls relating to repairs and service queries.
• Respond to customer emails and Zendesk cases promptly and professionally.
• Proactively contact customers regarding repair quotations and explain the quotation clearly.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotations and required decisions.
• Keep customers updated when repairs are awaiting parts, including providing updated timelines.
• Escalate potential service issues to the Customer Service Supervisor when required.
