Qualifications

Customer service and communication with internal teams and external clients.
Sales and negotiation focus, following up leads and converting inquiries into orders.
Basic IT hardware knowledge of laptops, PCs, monitors, printers and related parts.
Administrative and organisational data entry and CRM usage.
Problem solving and time management to handle multiple requests.
Matric/Grade 12; sales/IT-related qualification is advantageous.
Experience in sales support, call centre, or customer service in IT environments is beneficial.
On-site work in Johannesburg with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for out-of-warranty IT services and repairs.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales systems.
