Placements24 in Paarl is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join on-site. You will be the primary contact for resolving IT issues for employees and clients, ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and delivering essential technical support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site office team in Paarl.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
