• Matric Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma) is required.
• 3 years of supervisory/management experience in food & beverage, preferably in a lodge or hotel setting.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, stock control, cost management and staff supervision.
• Computer literacy including POS, stock control systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to live on-site; valid driver’s license is advantageous for remote lodge locations.
