Our client, a safari lodge, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and elevate their dining operations. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional guest service, and strong operational management skills in a lodge environment.
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Hospitality qualification (Certificate or Diploma)
