Danté Personnel Recruitment presents a Food and Beverage Manager role based in Bela-Bela / Warmbaths, Limpopo. The successful candidate will lead dining operations at a safari lodge, delivering exceptional guest service and hands‑on operational leadership.

Requirements include Matric, a Hospitality qualification, and at least 3 years of F&B supervisory or management experience in lodge or hotel settings. On-site accommodation is provided and salary is R 20 000 - R 25 000 CTC plus accommodation.

Qualifications

• Matric and hospitality qualification required.
• 3 years' experience in a food and beverage supervisory or management role.
• Experience in lodge or hotel environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, stock control, cost management and staff supervision.
• Computer literacy including POS, stock control systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to live on-site.
