Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Advocate to join its fully remote team. Ideally based in or near Tembisa, Gauteng, you will support customers from home, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services and fostering long-term relationships.

You will guide clients through their journey, onboard new customers, monitor health, conduct check-ins, and collaborate with sales on upsell opportunities. Strong communication and self-discipline are essential in this remote role.

• Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of our services and collaborate with the sales team on upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
