Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager - SaaS to join the team in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will nurture client relationships, drive adoption of the SaaS platform, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

The role requires at least 4 years in client success or related roles within SaaS, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in client success, account management, or related role within SaaS.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving client retention and growth targets.
• Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the SaaS platform.
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement, addressing risks.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand evolving needs and show value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand platform usage.
• Serve as primary contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with product/engineering to drive improvements.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices.
• Track and report on key client success metrics like adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
