Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager - SaaS for our client in Tembisa, Gauteng, ZA. You will build strong client relationships, onboard new users, monitor health, and drive value through upsell opportunities while ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

In this role you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement improvements, conduct regular business reviews, and educate clients on new features and best practices to maximize platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the SaaS platform.
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement, identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and demonstrate value.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their use of the platform through upselling and cross-selling.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices for using the SaaS solution.
• Track and report on key client success metrics, including adoption rates, satisfaction, and retention.
