Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join their on-site team in Centurion, Gauteng. You will contribute to planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects including roads, water, and sanitation, collaborating with site teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Pr. Eng or Candidate registration with ECSA is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of civil infrastructure design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
• Knowledge of municipal standards and SANS.

Responsabilidades

• Design and development of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, municipal services).
• Prepare drawings, calculations and specifications using CAD software.
• Coordinate with local authorities for approvals and permits.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors and provide technical guidance on site.
• Assist in tender documents and cost estimations.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Contribute to project planning and risk assessment.
• Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites.
