You will lead on-site activities, interpret plans, mentor teams, and help deliver major infrastructure projects in Gauteng with practical problem-solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of civil site supervision and management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
• Monitor construction progress, report on site activities, and identify potential issues.
• Conduct quality control inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications for site teams.
