Responsibilities

• Assist with logistical arrangements, including scheduling, travel coordination, and equipment rentals.
• Provide on-set support, managing tasks such as script supervision, prop management, and background actor coordination.
• Help prepare production documents, including call sheets, schedules, and contact lists.
• Conduct research for story development, locations, and talent.
• Manage communication between different departments on production sites.
• Assist with set dressing and general organization of production areas.
• Support the post-production team with tasks like organizing footage, data wrangling, and transcription.
• Run errands and perform various other duties as assigned by the production team.
• Ensure the smooth running of daily operations on set and in the production office.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a demanding production environment.
