Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all logistical aspects of film production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with directors, producers, department heads, and crew to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Source and secure necessary equipment, locations, and personnel, negotiating favorable terms where applicable.
• Manage production paperwork, including call sheets, production reports, and clearance forms.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Assist in managing the production budget, tracking expenditures, and reporting on financial status.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations on set.
