Placements24 seeks an HR Specialist focused on Organisational Development to join our Kimberley operations in the Northern Cape. You will lead talent management, leadership development, change management and employee engagement initiatives to boost organisational effectiveness.

Working on-site, you will partner with HR leaders to design, implement OD programs, measure impact, and translate insights into practical workforce improvements within the mining sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, or HR consulting.
• Proven ability to design and implement leadership development and change management programs.
• Strong understanding of OD, engagement, and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement organisa­tional development strategies including talent management and leadership development.
• Lead change management initiatives with smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
• Support performance management processes and systems.
• Contribute to design of org structures and job roles.
• Measure OD interventions and report key metrics.
• Collaborate with HRBP and line managers to embed OD practices.
• Stay updated with OD best practices and industry trends.
