Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in Human Resources with a strong Organisational Development focus.
• Proven experience designing talent management, succession planning, and performance systems.
• Strong change management knowledge and best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of South African labour law and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting.
• Strong business acumen and linking HR to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.
• Drive OD initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and performance systems.
• Lead change management processes and secure employee buy-in.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs.
• Facilitate leadership development and coaching for managers.
• Analyze organisational structure to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement HR policies supporting goals and compliance.
• Provide expert HR advice on compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
