Placements24 is seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner with a specialization in Organisational Development to join the team in Tembisa, Gauteng. This role focuses on talent management, change leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture to support growth and employee development.

You will partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable HR initiatives, oversee organisational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, while

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on Organisational Development.
• Proven experience in talent management, change management and leadership development.
• Strong understanding of OD methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid work model in Gauteng is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with goals and drive OD initiatives.
• Lead and support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Develop and implement talent management, including performance management and leadership development.
• Drive change management processes with smooth transitions and buy-in.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs.
• Foster continuous improvement and employee engagement across the business.
• Provide expert HR advice on complex employee relations and policy matters.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform insights and improvements.
• Oversee implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
