Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our mining services client in Polokwane. This on-site role partners with management to align HR strategy with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.

You will lead talent management, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives, while applying South African labor law knowledge and HR analytics to guide leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 6+ years HR experience with HRBP focus.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and best HR practices.

Responsabilités

• Advise business unit leaders on HR matters and strategy.
• Develop and implement talent management, performance, and workforce plans.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary issues per policy.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent.
• Support performance management, goal setting, and development plans.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights.
• Champion diversity and inclusion across units.
• Ensure compliance with SA labor laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Advise on organizational design, change management, and succession.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
