You will guide clients through complex transformations, design change strategies, and engage stakeholders to build sustainable capabilities.

The position emphasizes leadership development, culture change, and continuous improvement, with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Organisational Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of OD or change management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex change initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and develop tailored change management strategies.
• Design and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on change management principles and leadership.
• Advise on organizational restructuring, talent management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analyses related to organizational change initiatives.
• Support the integration of new processes, systems, or structures within client organizations.
• Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
