Job summary

Tracker South Africa is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant for Northern KwaZulu-Natal, Newcastle. The role focuses on building broker relationships, promoting Tracker products, and achieving sales targets across the Northern KZN region.

The ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel within the territory. This permanent position is EE-Yes and based in Newcastle.

Qualifications

• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification.
• Proven record in relationship building and business development.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the allocated territory.
• A proven track record in a service orientated sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure New Business from Brokers in the personal lines and commercial lines.
• Provide Policy/Product information to Brokers.
• Broker Presentations and Regular Training sessions.
• Focus on Area and Market Penetration.
• Query and Account Resolution.
• Achieve Sales and Operational Targets set by Management.
• Achieve Sales Targets on VAPS.
• Administration of Sales Contracts.
• Complete Weekly and Monthly Reports accurately and on time.
• Attend to point of Sale material at Brokers.
• Maintain weekly call/visit rate as set per Management.
• Physical visits to brokers within allocated territory.
• Attend to necessary Administration.
• Occasional after hour functions and involvement with the IIEC and FIA.
• Embrace Service Excellence.
• Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the Manager.
• Maintain Brokers Profiles.
• Monthly Reviews with Brokers.
