• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure New Business from Brokers in the personal lines and commercial lines.
• Provide Policy/Product information to Brokers.
• Broker Presentations, and Regular Training sessions.
• Focus on Area and Market Penetration.
• Query and Account Resolution.
• Achieve Sales and Operational Targets set by Management.
• Achieve Sales Targets on VAPS.
• Administration of Sales Contracts.
• Complete Weekly and Monthly Reports accurate and on time.
• Attend to point of Sale Material at Brokers.
• Maintain weekly set Call/Visit rate as set per Management.
• Physical Visits to brokers within allocated territory.
• Attend to necessary Administration.
• Occasional after hour functions with IIEC and FIA.
• Embrace Service Excellence.
• Assist with any other tasks or duty assigned by the Manager.
• Maintain Brokers Profiles.
• Monthly Reviews with Brokers.
