Job summary

Tracker South Africa is seeking an External Representative in Randburg to initiate sales to the Insurance Industry and market Tracker to existing and prospective clients, ensuring service levels in a pressurised environment. Responsibilities include analysing business processes, solving customer problems, training call centre staff, maintaining contracts and records, and driving Tracker sales with brokers.

A Matric with 2+ years in dealing with brokers or selling short-term insurance and two

Qualifications

• Matric with at least 2 years experience in dealing with brokers or selling short term insurance.
• Must have two years Inbound/Outbound Call Centre experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to the Tracker system/s and processes will be advantageous.
• Strong administrative skills will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills & bilingual.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Administration of sales contracts, maintain records and reports.
