Tracker Connect in Klerksdorp is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to promote Tracker's insurance products, build broker relationships, and drive sales across the Klerksdorp region. You will aim at achieving targets and maintaining service excellence.

The role requires excellent communication, willingness to travel, and a proactive approach to grow market share within personal and commercial lines, with a focus on broker engagement and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification is required.
• Accredited Sales training qualifications are required.
• 2 years sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in Insurance Broker environment is preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the allocated territory.

Mansioni

• Secure new business from Brokers in personal and commercial lines.
• Provide policy/product information to Brokers.
• Broker presentations and regular training sessions.
• Maintain weekly call/visit rate and broker profiles.
• Attend to administration and reporting obligations.
