Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Sales Executive for our Richards Bay branch in KwaZulu-Natal. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, advising clients on tailored insurance products, and closing sales through strong relationship-building skills.

You will engage with potential clients, conduct needs analyses, and deliver compelling proposals while meeting sales targets. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required for client visits, with CRM and MS Office

Competenze

A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory; a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., NQF Level 4 in Long-Term Insurance) is highly advantageous.
RE 5 qualification and FAIS accreditation (Fit and Proper requirements) are essential.
Minimum of 3 years of proven insurance sales or related client-facing sales experience.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing a client base.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
