About the Role

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with donors, and managing fundraising campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Oversee the donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Organize and manage fundraising events, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop compelling fundraising materials.
• Track fundraising progress, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay abreast of fundraising trends and best practices within the non-profit sector.
• Recruit, train, and manage fundraising volunteers and staff as needed.

Requirements
