Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fundraising and development within the non-profit sector.
• Proven success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and foundation grants.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse donor constituencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple fundraising initiatives.
• Proficiency in donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of the philanthropic landscape in Gauteng and Pretoria is advantageous.
