Job summary

CoSauce is hiring for a Business Development Representative to build a sales pipeline for our international clients. The role involves daily outbound prospecting, researching target businesses, and initiating conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn.

This is a permanent night shift, onsite at our Hyde Park office in Johannesburg. You will qualify prospects and book meetings for the client’s sales team, maintaining a high activity level and accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or B2B appointment setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable talking to senior decision-makers.
• CRM usage experience (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
• Resilient, target-driven and able to handle rejection.
• Available for permanent night shift on-site in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
• Matric required; tertiary qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to businesses every shift.
• Research target companies and decision-makers before outreach.
• Run short, structured discovery conversations and qualify interest.
• Book meetings into the client's sales team calendars.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date: every call, email, note and next step.
• Hit weekly activity and meeting targets, and work with your team leader to improve.
