Job summary

CoSauce is hiring for a Business Development Representative to build a sales pipeline for our international clients. The role involves daily outbound prospecting, researching target businesses, and initiating conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn.

This is a permanent night shift, onsite at our Hyde Park office in Johannesburg. You will qualify prospects and book meetings for the client’s sales team, maintaining a high activity level and accurate CRM records in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or B2B appointment setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable talking to senior decision-makers.
• CRM usage experience (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
• Resilient, target-driven and able to handle rejection.
• Available for permanent night shift on-site in Hyde Park, Johannesburg.
• Matric required; tertiary qualification is a plus.

CoSauce is hiring Business Development Representatives to build sales pipeline for our international clients.

The role is daily outbound prospecting. You research target businesses and start conversations by phone, email and LinkedIn. You then qualify interested prospects and book meetings for the client's sales team. This is a permanent night shift, so you work during our clients' business day. The role is based at our Hyde Park office in Johannesburg.

**What you'll do**

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to businesses every shift

**What you'll bring**

• Outbound sales, cold calling, telesales or appointment-setting experience (B2B a plus)
• Fluent, confident spoken and written English
• Comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to senior decision-makers
• Organised and disciplined with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar a plus)
• Resilient and target-driven: you handle rejection and keep going
• Able to work a permanent night shift on-site in Hyde Park, Johannesburg
• Matric required; a tertiary qualification is a plus
