Job summary

Pedros in Krugersdorp is opening a new store and seeking a dynamic restaurant manager to lead the launch. You will supervise the team, ensure SOPs and quality standards, manage stock and supplier orders, and drive profitability from day one.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant/fast-food management, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. You will work on-site at our Krugersdorp location and help build a high-performance store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or fast-food service with minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• GAAP knowledge or exposure is advantageous.
• Strong management, organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensure quality standards and COMPANY'S SOPs are followed.
• Manage stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
• Maximise profitability and meet sales targets; motivate staff.
• Manage staff including discipline and rosters.
• Work within a team to drive the business forward.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead promotional activities and staff training.
• Recruitment and performance evaluation of the team.
