Job summary

WACKYS announces a brand-new store opening in Krugersdorp and seeks an energetic manager to lead the launch team. You will oversee daily restaurant/take-away operations, ensure quality standards, and drive performance from day one.

You will manage stock, orders, health and safety, and staff rosters while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. GAAP/Micros experience is advantageous; strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant and fast-food service experience, minimum 1 year
• GAAP/Micros experience and knowledge advantageous

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away
• Ensuring quality standards of food and WACKYS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained
• Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing and orders
• Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant/ take-away
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
• Managing staff including discipline and work rosters
• Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
