Job summary

WACKYS is opening a brand-new store in Cape Town and seeking passionate individuals to join the launch team. You will help establish store operations, customer service standards, and stock control from day one.

The role requires 1+ year experience in restaurant or fast-food service, with strong management and organizational skills. GAAP/Micros knowledge is advantageous, and you will work in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year restaurant/fast-food service experience.
• GAAP/Micros experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/take-away.
• Ensuring quality standards and WACKYS SOPs are maintained.
• Overseeing stock control, purchasing and orders.
• Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining service levels.
• Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets, including staff motivation.
• Managing staff, including discipline and rosters.
• Working within a team to drive the restaurant/take-away forward.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
