Job summary

Badger & Bird Talent is seeking a high-energy sales professional to own the full B2B sales cycle for a marketing agency and software provider. You will prospect, cold call, book meetings, present solutions to senior decision-makers, and nurture ongoing client relationships.

The role offers a base of R25K monthly with uncapped commission, and a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in Hyde Park office and 2 remote days, aiming for strong revenue growth.

Qualifications

• At least three years of B2B sales experience.
• At least two of those years in a dedicated hunting or new business role.
• A track record carrying targets and closing deals.
• Comfort selling to senior decision-makers (managers, directors, executives).

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Proactively prospect, cold call, and book meetings.
