Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive specializing in B2B markets to join their Upington team in the Northern Cape. You will manage full sales cycles from outreach to close and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in B2B sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. This role offers a hybrid work model and room for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
