Telkom SA, Openserve division, seeks a Senior Manager: Network Operations to lead the network operations strategy and execution within the Gauteng region. Aufgaben

• Management of the Network Operation's business plan
• Develop and execute the area's business plan
• Obtain required information from key role players
• Identify, and ensure the implementation and tracking of targets & goals for environment
• Implement and manage access engineering build and field operation
• Ensure an efficient and reliable core and access network including all cable infrastructures
• Effective management of fulfillment and assurance processes
• Ensure that customers are connected to the network
• Ensure that quality & timeline requirements are met
• Manage the performance, productivity, development and wellbeing of own team
• Provide appropriate training and development initiatives
• Establish conducive work environment
• Manage employee health & safety
• Develop a high-performance team

• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budget, expenditure and performance reporting
