Job summary

Telkom Openserve is seeking a Snr Manager: Network Operations to lead the network operations strategy and area execution in a dedicated region. You will drive the engineering build, field operations, and fault management to ensure reliable core and access networks and top-quality customer experiences.

Candidates should have 7 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a management role, with a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma.

• 7+ years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Responsibilities

• Manage the Network Operations business plan and area execution
• Develop and implement the area's business plan and targets
• Ensure efficient and reliable core and access networks including cable infrastructure
• Oversee fulfillment and assurance processes and customer experience
• Lead project management, risk, and compliance within Openserve
• Manage budget (OPEX/CAPEX) and performance reporting
• Develop a high-performance team and drive BBBEE diversity targets
• Establish strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure health and safety and governance in the network environment
• Provide training and development for the team
