Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications infrastructure management and operations.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale network projects and diverse technical teams.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including optical networks, IP networking, and wireless communication systems.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for telecommunications infrastructure development and upgrades.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and operation of core network infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless, and data centers.
• Ensure the highest standards of network security, availability, and performance are met and maintained.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement of network hardware and software.
