Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in network engineering and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, firewalls, and network devices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors ticket queues and resolves incidents within SLA.
• Provides second level support and identifies root causes of incidents.
• Documents network diagrams and updates to change records.
• Collaborates with vendors and teams to escalate and implement solutions.
