Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• CCNA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, availability, and utilization using advanced NMS tools.
• Detect, analyze, and respond to network incidents and alerts in a timely manner.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for network issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or relevant teams with comprehensive details.
• Implement approved network changes and configurations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network events, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network operations.
• Participate in shift rotations, including nights and weekends, as required by the hybrid model.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of NOC processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with network security policies and best practices.
