This is a remote SA role, requiring 2 years SDR/BDR experience, familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce, and a track record of maintaining accurate pipeline.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience and quota carrying is preferred.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Grit, curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
