You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is thoughtful outreach, not spam, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Formación

• B2B sales experience required; quota carrying considered.
• 2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiar with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
