Job summary

Pezula Hotel is seeking an HR Co-Ordinator to deliver consistent HR administrative support across its properties. The role partners with the HR Manager and team to ensure accurate documentation, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration in line with policies and South African labour law.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or People Management (Diploma or Degree preferred).
• 3–5 years' experience in HR administration or HR coordination.
• Hospitality or multi-site HR experience advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA).
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and lifecycle administration.
• Exposure to HRIS, HR reporting and payroll administration.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR administration across multiple Village n Life properties with accurate documentation.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready employee files, both digital and physical.
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, amendments and termination documentation.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are applied consistently across properties.
• Maintain HR trackers and records to support reporting and compliance.
