About the Role

Our client, a reputable financial institution, is looking for a driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join their team in Klerksdorp, North West, ZA. This is an on-site role, requiring the candidate to be physically present in the branch to serve clients and manage loan applications. You will be responsible for originating, processing, and closing mortgage loans, guiding clients through every step of the home-buying and refinancing process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a strong understanding of mortgage products, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial for our client's presence in the local Banking & Finance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage loan business through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Advise potential borrowers on mortgage loan options and requirements.
• Take complete mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected accurately.
• Analyze borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness and loan eligibility.

Requirements
