About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding mobile catering service, is looking for an experienced and adaptable Mobile Catering Unit Manager to oversee operations in Mahikeng, North West. This role involves managing a fully equipped catering unit that services various events, festivals, and private functions. You will be responsible for all aspects of the unit's operation, including food preparation, inventory management, customer service, financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage operations autonomously. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile catering unit, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements
