Placements24 seeks a Mobile Catering Unit Manager to oversee a fully equipped unit servicing events in Mahikeng, North West. You will manage food prep, inventory, customer service, and financial transactions with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires strong knowledge of food safety, excellent customer service, and the ability to operate autonomously across diverse event schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in food service management, catering, or similar.
• Experience with mobile or event catering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the mobile unit.
• Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to high standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
