Placements24 seeks a dedicated Sales Representative to cover the Northern Cape, promoting mining technology and software solutions. This field-based role emphasizes identifying new clients, understanding operational challenges, and closing sales with key decision-makers at mining operations near Kimberley.

You will manage territory plans, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with support teams to tailor solutions. A strong mining sector background and travel readiness are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in mining/industrial sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a territory sales plan to meet or exceed sales quotas for mining technology products.
• Identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the mining sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mine managers, engineers, and procurement professionals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our client's solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical support and product development teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in mining.
