Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales management, especially in mining/industrial supplies.
• Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams to hit targets.
• Deep understanding of mining operations and supply chains in the Northern Cape.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Upington and the Northern Cape.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team toward high performance.
